What to expect
Most residential teardowns are a few days, including cleanup and haul-off.
We knock it down, load it out with our own equipment, and grade the spot back so you would hardly know it was there. One crew handles the teardown, hauling, and cleanup.

Do you tear down cabins and garages?
Yes. Cabin teardowns, old garages, sheds, and small commercial buildings are regular work for us.
Can you remove an old foundation?
Yes. We remove concrete slabs and block foundations and bring in fill to grade the site back. Have a look at the before and after on our homepage.
Do you haul the debris?
We do. Our trucks and containers stay with our demolition crew, so one call covers the teardown and the cleanup.
Do I need a permit?
Some demolition needs a permit. We will let you know what your job requires and help you sort it out.
