Septic Emergency FAQs

What counts as a septic emergency?

A backup into the house, an overflow, a frozen line, a screaming alarm, or standing water over the drain field. When in doubt, call and we will help you figure it out.

Can you thaw a frozen line?

Yes. We steam frozen septic and water lines to open them back up, which is common work for us in the winter.

Should I keep using water if it is backing up?

No. Stop running water to keep it from getting worse, and give us a call right away.

How fast can you get here?

As fast as we can get a truck on the road. We serve the whole Bemidji and Leech Lake area, so we are usually not far.

Serving Bemidji, Laporte, Park Rapids, Walker, Cass Lake, Hackensack, and Longville, plus the surrounding lake country.
